Field staff and management are constantly monitored to ensure they are operating safely, productively and in compliance with HSE and Industry Best Practice Guidelines. Monitoring is implemented through spot checks and 6 monthly appraisals. These give management a true picture of staff performance and training needs and provides an avenue for product quality assurance.
Trees1st places great emphasis on Health and Safety and the continued professional development of all staff, there is clearly a positive correlation between thorough, appropriate training and the reduction of risk.
